Medical Plans
Employees have a choice of medical plans that provide a wide range of medical and prescription coverage through a national network. Preventative care is covered at 100 percent on all plans. The company subsidizes a significant portion of employees’ medical coverage.

The company offers dental insurance though a national carrier. Employees have the choice to utilize in or out-of-network dentists. In-network preventative care is covered at 100 percent. The company subsidizes a significant portion of employees’ dental coverage.

Our plan pays for a wide range of vision-related services and products. The plan covers both in-network and out-of-network doctors. The company subsidizes a significant portion of employees’ vision coverage.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Neopost USA offers both a health care and a dependent care flexible spending account. These accounts enable employees to use pre-tax earnings to pay for Internal Revenue Service-permissible out-of-pocket expenses.

401(k) Retirement Plan
The Neopost USA 401(k) Plan helps employees prepare for financial independence. The company offers matching contributions, immediate enrollment, valuable savings and investment options.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP offers employees and their family members confidential, quick and convenient assistance with counseling services, financial services, legal services and dependent-care services.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Life insurance is a company-paid benefit; there is no cost to employees. The benefit is equal to 1.5 times your total annual earnings to a maximum benefit of $500,000 and a minimum benefit of $50,000.

Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Employees may purchase additional supplemental life and supplemental accidental death and dismemberment insurance for themselves and their family members.

Neopost USA offers benefits-eligible employees both short-term and long-term disability coverage. This benefit is company-paid; there is no cost to employees.

Paid Vacation
Employees accrue two to five weeks of vacation time each year, based on length of service.

Paid Sick Leave
Neopost USA offers full-time employees five sick days per year.

Paid Company Holidays
Neopost USA offers 11 paid holidays per year.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
The company offers tuition reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate degree programs to employees after a six-month waiting period.
