Neopost OMS-500 Output Management Software Impresses Buyers Lab (BLI)

Paris, France, April 24, 2017-- Buyers Laboratory recently tested Neopost’s OMS-500 version 6 and found it easy to use to help businesses get their communications correctly to the right recipient quickly. BLI (recently rebranded as Keypoint Intelligence) is a well-known and well-regarded test laboratory which specializes in document imaging equipment and software.

Although OMS-500 is a powerful application, BLI found its “user interface well-designed, with a dashboard that makes it easy to keep an eye on the state of the overall workflow.” BLI concluded that small-to-medium-sized businesses who want to provide customer communications services to their clients or mail multiple communications to individual recipients using different communication methods should check out OMS-500.

We are pleased to see BLI testers found our product to be fast, responsive, reliable and easy to use. We have placed special emphasis on this in our software, providing customers not only with one of the most productive engines in the market, but also with probably the easiest to use.

Andy Mackenzie, Marketing Director, Neopost SME Solutions

Neopost’s OMS-500 helps businesses to manage their communication flows. This web-based solution factors in individual preferences of recipients and ensures that the right mail is sent to the right person, at the right time, by the right channel-post or email. It enhances the potential of Neopost’s folder inserters to lower costs and improve efficiency and productivity for users.

In addition to managing automated dispatching, OMS-500 enhances and controls customer communications. Users can send personalized documents easily and at the right time, add specific marketing messages and attachments, etc. OMS-500 maximizes the impact of each document to achieve improved customer satisfaction.

OMS-500 reduces errors and gives greater savings with greater efficiency. It eliminates addressing errors and additional costs generated by the need to reprint documents, etc. It identifies which document must be inserted into which envelope thanks to barcodes (OMR, BCR, 2D).

This online solution adds control, efficiency and flexibility to the mailing process. Its intuitive web interface gives non-technical professional users constant control of actions in progress and allows documents to be improved in just a few clicks.

Easy to configure, the OMS-500 flow management software can easily be introduced into any IT environment, without changing the IT system. It can thus be integrated into any mailing process involving automatic inserters and franking machines in order to fully automate mail flow management.
