Neopost USA Selects Apttus to Take Online Sales to New Heights
Neopost USA, a mailing, business communications management and shipping hardware and software solutions expert, selected Apttus E-Commerce to provide its customers with a state-of-the-art order and payment solution for supplies and other goods offered to Neopost USA customers on its newly launched MyNeopost.com website.
The launch of the new MyNeopost.com website on March 2 positioned Neopost USA solidly in the digital commerce arena. In addition to allowing customers to utilize previously existing services – postage account tracking, online bill payment, reporting and postage funds management – the new customer portal added services that enabled users to transact shipping solutions as well as send, print and archive critical business documents.
During the last 12 months, Neopost USA has partnered with Apttus to leverage Apttus’ CPQ and E-Commerce solutions to help improve the ease and accuracy of order-processing for all contract-based and transactional purchases.
