Call 1-800-NEOPOST (636-7678) and follow the prompts for "Rate Change".
- Submit an Online Support Request:
- Log into MyNeopost
- Click “Support” in the upper right corner
- Click “Open A Support Ticket”
- Select a product or “All Other Requests” and fill out the form
